We have a 1 month old!!

How did that happen?

Cole is now 1 month old and as precious as ever.

See...

We went to his 1 month check up on the 16th and he got thumbs up all around. He is now 9lbs 13.5 oz and 22.5 inches! Dr. Chip was very impressed with Cole. He was so well behaved during the appointment. He was content to just stare at me or Dr. Chip throughout the whole exam. Dr. Chip said that he wished every baby was that easy to work with. Dr. Chip also said that Cole was incredibly aware and alert - again, he was impressed - Wyatt and I were bursting at the seams with pride. He did have to get his 2nd HepB shot and that was not so fun. He did really well though, only cried a little bit and settled down as soon as I picked him up. What a great little baby!!

Cole's 1 month tricks:

He's smiling now - not just because of gas!

He is sleeping in 6 hour stretches most nights!

He is becoming very talkative - lots of coos, ahhs, and ehhs - oh and some cries too
